The term "Plastic Card Experts " or "us" or "we" or "our" refers to the owner of the website. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Production Times

• All production times listed on this website are our best estimate.

• Delays, while rare, may occur due to, but not limited, to the following reasons: equipment malfunction, internet outages, power outages, supplier delays, file problems, computer glitches, etc.

• We will not guarantee production shipping times to meet a deadline unless specifically requested by the customer who will then be verified by one of our representatives in writing.

• The estimated production time starts when your order is verified, files are deemed usable, and begins printing.

• The estimated production time does not start when you submit your order.


• We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

• We will not give refunds for lost, damaged, or late packages.

• If your package is lost or late, we will file the necessary claim with our shipping company and re-print your order if necessary.

• If your package is damage beyond use, we will file the necessary claim our shipping company and re-print your order if necessary.

• All shipping times are our best estimate.

• Shipping delays may occur because of, but not limited to, the following reasons: weather delays, transit accidents, data errors, customs, vehicle malfunctions, etc.

• We do not guarantee any shipping times.


• You must contact us to receive an RMA number prior to returning your product.

• We do not accept unauthorized returns.

• Acceptable reasons for returns explicitly are: damaged product, product is no longer useable due to missing a mutually agreed upon deadline, received the wrong product, product has errors or missing elements.

• We will provide you with a call-tag and pickup, free of charge, for your return once you have obtained your RMA.

• A return does not mean you will receive a refund.

• If you are seeking a refund or a re-print you must return your entire order to us.

• The RMA number must be written visibly on the outside of the package use to return the order.


• Any refunds over $100 will be issued via a company check and mailed to the customer.

• If your product is returned within 30 calendar days of receiving it, and it meets our conditions for a refund, you will receive a full refund.

• Refunds are not given for products in the customer's possession greater than 30 calendar days.

• Any orders which required design assistance will be refunded 50% of the total amount charged for the order.


• A scanned image, photograph, or mailed sample showing defect must be sent in order to receive a re-print of your order.

• Your entire order, or the entire affected portion of the order, must be returned before we will reprint it.

• An order must be deemed, by a member of our staff, damaged, erroneous, or unusable to be reprinted.

• If an error with an order is deemed our fault then we will reprint that order right away using the customer's original file provided.

• If new files must be provided, a new order must be created and billed to the customer.

• If an error with an order is deemed the fault of the customer, we will reprint a new order at a discounted price.


• If the order is cancelled after it has been processed, 20% of the cost of the order will be billed.

• If and order is processed and has begun printing, it may not be canceled

• If an order has been printed, pending shipping, and the customer no longer wants the order, paid shipping fees will be refunded.

File Submissions

• You must request a proof at the time of placing the order in the order notes section. Proofs cannot be sent after an order has started production.

• You may receive a proof, even if you didnt specifically request one, if we feel it is necessary before starting production.

• Colors in a digital proof are not guaranteed to match the finished product

• We cannot guarantee that the artwork will look exactly the same on your computer as it does on our equipment or the finished product.

• If the order details do not match the details of your submitted file(s) we will adjust the order details to match the file. In some cases this will cause a price change (increase or decrease) without notice.

• Please double check, revise, and fix any problems within your files before you submit your order. We are not able to make changes to your files once the order has entered production

• Files must be submitted in CMYK color format with no foreign or vendor specific color profiles embedded.

• If you submit a file in another color format, we will convert it to CMYK and exert our best effort to match colors.

• Color conversions may cause color shifting or files changes.

• We do not guarantee our CMYK colors will match the colors seen on your inkjet printer, your computer monitor, another printer, or any other Color Mode you specify.

• We may reprint your order only where extreme cases of color shifting cause the product to be deemed by us unusable.

1) What program(s) do you accept files in?
We accept files in Adobe Photoshop & Illustratorr, or any file saved as a .tiff , .jpg, .pdf or .EPS file. Make sure all file images are at least 300 dpi. (Please make sure that the text is converted to outlines/curves to avoid font problems).

2) Are there any setup charges for the color cards?
Absolutely NOT!!! You only pay for the price of cards plus shipping. You DO NOT pay setup,backside print, or lamination charges.

3) What is the turnaround time?
For business cards, postcards, stickers, bookmarks and short run(under qty 5,000) of brochure/flyers, it is normally 8-10 Working Days after your approval of the proof.

4) What is the minimum quantity accepted?
Our minimum on 30mil full color plastic cards is 250.
Our minimum on 12 mil plastic cards, clear and frosted cards is 500.

5) What type of media do you accept files in?
We can accept files placed on floppy disks, zip disks, and CD-ROMS. But the fastest way to process your order is if you email or upload your artwork to us.

6) What resolution should I save my images/files?
We recommend that the file or image to be at least 200dpi. But for the best quality print, we recommend 300dpi.

7) What is full bleed?
Full Bleed is when the ink is printed to the edges of all sides. There are no white border. If you want full bleed, please make sure the file you suply us has the colors go all the way to the edge. If you do NOT wish for bleeds and want a white border, please make sure there is at least 1/4" of white border.

8) What Size should I set my plastic cards?
The cards should be setup to 3.375" x 2.125".
Add at least .125" around the file for bleed.

9) What if I want the BACK of Business Cards to also be in color instead of the standard black and white?
All of our products are full color on both sides at no extra charge!

10) Can I rush an order?
Sorry but we cannot rush your order. We print in high volumes and we strive to print at highest quality. So this makes are schedule extremely tight. That is why we cannot rush orders. But we can ship via Next Day air or 2nd Day Air when the printing is done.
