Mandatory on every order before production can begin.  Each proof will require an acceptance email from the customer.  Each approved proof becomes a legal binding agreement of copy as is.  Once the proof is approved and print production commences, we cannot cancel the order or provide a refund.

• If an order is short more than 5%, we will provide a discount on a case by case basis without reprinting the shortage

• Because we are continually updating our products, actual products may be different than samples received in a sample kit.

Production Times

• All production times listed on this website are our best estimate.

• Delays, while rare, may occur due to, but not limited, to the following reasons: equipment malfunction, internet outages, power outages, supplier delays, file problems, computer glitches, etc.

• We will not guarantee production shipping times to meet a deadline unless specifically requested by the customer who will then be verified by one of our representatives in writing.

• The estimated production time starts when your order is verified, files are deemed usable, and begins printing.

• The estimated production time does not start when you submit your order.


• We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

• We will not give refunds for lost, damaged, or late packages.

• If your package is lost or late, we will file the necessary claim with our shipping company and re-print your order if necessary.

• If your package is damage beyond use, we will file the necessary claim our shipping company and re-print your order if necessary.

• All shipping times are our best estimate.

• Shipping delays may occur because of, but not limited to, the following reasons: weather delays, transit accidents, data errors, customs, vehicle malfunctions, etc.

• We do not guarantee any shipping times.


• You must contact us to receive an RMA number prior to returning your product.

• We do not accept unauthorized returns.

• Acceptable reasons for returns explicitly are: damaged product, product is no longer useable due to missing a mutually agreed upon deadline, received the wrong product, product has errors or missing elements.

• We will provide you with a call-tag and pickup, free of charge, for your return once you have obtained your RMA.

• A return does not mean you will receive a refund.

• If you are seeking a refund or a re-print you must return your entire order to us.

• The RMA number must be written visibly on the outside of the package use to return the order.


• Any refunds over $100 will be issued via a company check and mailed to the customer.

• If your product is returned within 15 calendar days of receiving it, and it meets our conditions for a refund, you will receive a full refund.

• Refunds are not given for products in the customer's possession greater than 30 calendar days.

• Any orders which required design assistance will be refunded 50% of the total amount charged for the order.


• A scanned image, photograph, or mailed sample showing defect must be sent in order to receive a re-print of your order.

• Your entire order, or the entire affected portion of the order, must be returned before we will reprint it.

• An order must be deemed, by a member of our staff, damaged, erroneous, or unusable to be reprinted.

• If an error with an order is deemed our fault then we will reprint that order right away using the customer's original file provided.

• If new files must be provided, a new order must be created and billed to the customer.

• If an error with an order is deemed the fault of the customer, we will reprint a new order at a discounted price.


• If the order is cancelled after it has been processed, 20% of the cost of the order will be billed.

• If and order is processed and has begun printing, it may not be canceled

• If an order has been printed, pending shipping, and the customer no longer wants the order, paid shipping fees will be refunded.

File Submissions

• You must request a proof at the time of placing the order in the order notes section. Proofs cannot be sent after an order has started production.

• You may receive a proof, even if you didn’t specifically request one, if we feel it is necessary before starting production.

• Colors in a digital proof are not guaranteed to match the finished product

• We cannot guarantee that the artwork will look exactly the same on your computer as it does on our equipment or the finished product.

• If the order details do not match the details of your submitted file(s) we will adjust the order details to match the file. In some cases this will cause a price change (increase or decrease) without notice.

• Please double check, revise, and fix any problems within your files before you submit your order. We are not able to make changes to your files once the order has entered production

• Files must be submitted in CMYK color format with no foreign or vendor specific color profiles embedded.

• If you submit a file in another color format, we will convert it to CMYK and exert our best effort to match colors.

• Color conversions may cause color shifting or files changes.

• We do not guarantee our CMYK colors will match the colors seen on your inkjet printer, your computer monitor, another printer, or any other Color Mode you specify.

• We may reprint your order only where extreme cases of color shifting cause the product to be deemed by us unusable.
Contractual Precedence
Terms and conditions as printed on our quotations will apply to the production of all products and will supersede the terms and conditions on our customer’s purchase orders.

* Please note that your cards will not be sent into production until you send a verification email stating either in the body or in the subject: "FINAL APPROVAL". Delays in approving your artwork will delay the delivery of your cards. Please note that you have a week to approve your artwork. After a week, you will be charged $35 for the art fee. Production time for cards is approximately 8-10 business days after approval. Once your artwork has been deemed to be the final version, changes cannot be guaranteed. A request can be put in and our staff will do their best to accomodate your needs. We advise you to carefully review the artwork and the content of your proof prior to deeming it "FINAL APPROVAL."

Payment is required at the time you place your order.  We accept checks, Master Card, Visa, Discover Card and American Express.  If paying by check your order will not begin until the check has cleared our bank.  Payment terms are possible once a credit check has been performed and is deemed satisfactory by us.  If accepted your terms will be Net 30 days from the invoice date.

Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of the type of product we manufacture, no refunds will be granted once we begin your order, unless authorized by us.  Any refunds given will be at the sole discretion of our company.  No partial refunds will be given for work not completed.

Self Personalization:  If you plan to enhance your card by encoding on a magnetic strip, embossing, typing or writing on a panel.  Please notify us prior to the start of your job.  We want to ensure the appropriate materials are used.

A $35 design fee will be charged for orders that have custom artwork completed, and the customer fails to follow through with an approval to print. The design fee will be charged to the customer credit card on file, if the customer fails to respond for more than 7 days to their request for artwork approval.

Pre-Production Proofs
Indemnification:  All material provided to the Plastic Card Experts whether it is copyrighted, patented, trademarked or is intellectual property, is assumed to have the proper authorization needed to be reproduced.  The customer acknowledges that they are the legal owner and/or licensee of all submitted artwork and relinquishes the Plastic Card Experts of any legal liability related to copyright violation and infringement.

In-between quantity pricing:  Order quantities that fall between our designated amounts will be billed at the higher quantity price. 
Artwork:  Templates are available free of charge.  Custom artwork will have a minimum charge of $35.  Extensive artwork requests will be additional and the customer will be notified of additional fees prior to commencement of additional artwork fees.
